By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, and that you understand the nature of the treatment being provided. Understanding Terms & Conditions
Welcome to SMO Wellness. By booking any service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). These terms are intended to protect the safety, clarity, and comfort of both the client and therapist and apply to all services provided by SMO Wellness.
1. Booking & Payment
Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, WhatsApp, email, or online (if applicable).A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods at the time of service.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. No-shows may be charged the full amount of the service. If the therapist arrives at your location and cannot perform the treatment due to incorrect information, unsafe environment, or client non-availability, full charges may apply.
3. Client Health & Responsibility
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before the session. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. Please consult a healthcare provider if you have concerns. SMO Wellness reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if a condition is outside our scope of practice or poses a risk.
4. Environment & Safety
As a mobile service, clients must provide a safe, quiet, and clean environment for the therapist to work in. Any inappropriate behavior, sexual advances, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be due. Future bookings may be refused.
5. Confidentiality
All personal and health information shared with SMO Wellness is kept strictly confidential and used only to provide appropriate care. Client records will be securely stored and never shared without consent, unless required by law.
6. Liability
While all precautions are taken to provide a safe and effective treatment, clients agree that SMO Wellness is not liable for any injury, condition, or adverse reaction arising from the session unless due to gross negligence or misconduct. Clients accept full responsibility for their health choices and participation in bodywork sessions.
7. Service Modifications
SMO Wellness reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of any significant changes via the website or direct communication.
